The governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, highlighted the performance of each of the local athletes competing in this fair.

The governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, congratulated the young athletes participating in the 2023 National Games of the Commission of Physical Culture and Sports (Conade), since at the moment they have doubled the number of medals obtained by the representative of the state in these competitions in its 2022 edition.
“We proudly congratulate each of the sports talents who have raised the name of Aguascalientes, demonstrating once again that in the Giant of Mexico we are a hotbed of great athletes,” said the governor.
It should be noted that, in 2022, Aguascalientes had accumulated a total of 18 medals in the disciplines of cycling, trampoline gymnastics and water polo, of which four were gold, seven silver and seven bronze.
For its part, in this 2023, still without finishing the water polo competition, this figure was doubled, because at the moment there are 35 medals for the state: 14 gold, 12 silver and 9 bronze.
